Day 11: Monday, November 24, 2014
Bye-Bye Udaipur! Took an auto (Rs. 80) and went to Udaipur Bus station and boarded a bus for Chittaurgarh (Rs. 195). Chittaurgarh is approximately 115 KMs away from Udaipur. It took approximately 2.5 hours to reach us Chittaurgarh bus station. We took an auto (Rs. 20) and reached Hotel Heritage. We asked auto driver which is the best way to explore the Chittaurgarh fort. But obvious he won’t let a customer to let go. He quoted Rs. 600 as rent and will be our driver-cum-guide. We bargained and agreed for Rs. 450 and asked him to come at hotel after two hours. Rested for an hour in hotel and the auto driver called us. I reminded that there is still an hour to go and we first need to complete our lunch. I guess he was afraid that we may go with some other auto rickshaw as we had not paid any advance money. He insisted that he will take us to good restaurant for our lunch. We agreed and went to Rituraj Vatika restaurant with him for lunch. I must mentioned that food was indeed good and also in our budget.

Day 12: Tuesday, November 25, 2014
Today’s only task was to travel from Chittaurgarh to Jaipur. We paid Rs. 700 rent for a day and then took an auto rickshaw (Rs. 20) to the railway station. Bought two railway tickets for Rs. 250 and waited for the train. It took little more than 5 hours to reach Jaipur railway station. We were at our last city of our current trip – Jaipur. Checked in Hotel Jai Palace which is very close to railway station, rested for couple of hours, freshened up and went out in the evening in a cycle rickshaw. We had decided to hire a scooty for three days to explore Jaipur. I called the person and confirmed if scooty is available for rent. We came back to the hotel and did our dinner in hotel itself.
